Bilingual Conversational Data Annotation for LLM Development
Led the data annotation efforts for a project aimed at training a conversational AI for a major customer service platform. The primary objective was to generate realistic dialogue samples and classify user intent and sentiment in both English and Spanish. I also performed detailed transcriptions of customer service calls, identifying key entities and actions within the conversations. This project required a deep understanding of natural language nuances and strict adherence to a complex labeling taxonomy to ensure the model's accuracy and effectiveness in handling customer queries.
