Autonomous Vehicle Image Annotation – Object Detection & Bounding Box Labeling
Worked on a computer vision project focused on training object detection models for autonomous driving systems. The dataset consisted of street-level traffic images collected under various environmental conditions (day, night, rain, and urban settings). My responsibilities included: Drawing accurate bounding boxes around vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, traffic signs, and road markings Ensuring tight box fitting to improve detection precision Labeling overlapping and partially occluded objects Following strict annotation guidelines for consistency Performing quality checks before submission The project involved annotating over 15,000 images with high accuracy requirements. Maintained a consistent precision rate above 95% during internal quality audits.
