My job was to analyze and label user queries to help the AI understand the underlying commercial, navigational, or informational intent, as well as identify: E-commerce-related intentions (purchase, search, brand exploration) Intent clarity vs. ambiguity Platform-specific behavior patterns Category relevance and context The annotations I produced trained the model to better recognize how real users express intent across various digital environments — not limited to shopping sites, but also search engines, apps, and mixed-content platforms.
