We successfully executed a large-scale Arabic audio transcription project under my leadership, involving 250 team members. The project encompassed transcribing 6,000 hours of audio content with a minimum accuracy rate of 98%. The content was diverse, covering various fields, including a significant portion (2000 hours) dedicated to medical topics. Additionally, the project included content from sports, cultural, historical, technological, and entertainment domains. We utilized Praat as the primary tool for transcription, ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation across all subject areas.
