In my previous role, I specialized in data labeling and training datasets for various applications, particularly focusing on enhancing the performance of conversational AI systems like chatbots. One of the notable projects I contributed to was the development of a chatbot for Sia, where I meticulously curated prompts to ensure the bot's responses were accurate and contextually relevant. This process often involved gathering diverse sources of information from the internet, including legal documents, financial reports, and literary works. Moreover, I played a crucial role in refining the chatbot's capabilities by continuously training it with extensive datasets. I focused on evaluating the bot's responses to different prompts, identifying which ones yielded the most effective and engaging interactions. Additionally, I contributed to question-and-answer systems, where I evaluated response variations to determine the most suitable ones for specific queries. My role involved not only identifying the best responses but also providing insightful feedback on why certain responses stood out, helping to refine the model further. Overall, my experience in data labeling, prompt creation, and model training has equipped me with a deep understanding of optimizing AI systems for conversational interactions. I am adept at leveraging diverse datasets and employing meticulous evaluation techniques to ensure the delivery of accurate, engaging, and contextually appropriate responses.
