AI Alignment for travel logistics and global reservations
In this project, I leverage my domain expertise as a Travel and Reservations specialist to train Large Language Models (LLMs) in managing complex logistics, ticketing, and customer itineraries. I focus on fine-tuning AI to handle real-world travel scenarios with high precision and professional empathy. Key responsibilities include: Itinerary Verification: Evaluating AI-generated travel plans for logical consistency, geographic accuracy, and timing feasibility. Ticketing & Policy Compliance: Training models to interpret complex cancellation policies, fare rules, and transportation regulations to provide accurate user support. Reservation Simulation: Modeling multi-turn dialogues for booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring the AI maintains a helpful and professional tone. RLHF & Error Detection: Identifying and correcting model 'hallucinations' related to travel routes, pricing, and service availability.
