I am an experienced Data Labeling and AI Training Specialist with a strong background in creating, refining, and managing high-quality training datasets for AI and machine learning models. My expertise spans across text, image, and audio annotation, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines. I have hands-on experience using various labeling tools such as Labelbox, SuperAnnotate, and CVAT. We seek native or near-native Hindi specialists with proven professional writing/editing or LLM training experience (e.g., RLHF, SFT, ranking, safety review). You must follow detailed rubrics, control tone/register, and provide concise rationales in Hindi. Collaboration requires B2–C1 English. A short writing test is required before selection—completed in Hindi and without any AI assistants/tools or machine translation; use of such tools results in disqualification. You will craft high-quality Hindi prompts and responses across everyday and expert topics, evaluate and rank model outputs, perform red-teaming/safety checks, and document reasoning to guide model improvements. Work is text-only in a web tool and may include peer review/QA.
