The initiative leverages real-world HR expertise to simulate enterprise-grade workflows and ensure AI systems deliver accurate, ethical, and policy-compliant outputs across the employee lifecycle. The objective is to recreate authentic HR operational scenarios and validate AI-generated responses against organizational policies, labor regulations, and global data privacy standards. By integrating domain expertise with AI evaluation methodologies, the project enhances model reliability, operational efficiency, and employee experience outcomes.
