As a Consultant, I contributed to ICT talent acquisition, IT infrastructure projects, and major inventory audits for Concern Worldwide. I provided HR consulting for IT hiring, managed inventory review and tagging, deployed network infrastructure, and supported end users across locations in Rwanda and Burundi. My role required strategic planning, tech setup, audit skills, and broad IT user support. • Conducted HR consultancy for ICT recruitment and onboarding
• Audited and tagged inventory for better accountability
• Led network and printer deployment for new infrastructure
• Supported 112 end users with broad technical assistance
