We maintain a multi-layered security framework that combines cybersecurity measures, responsible data handling, and compliance practices to ensure a secure and trustworthy environment for our clients and team. All workstations are locked when unattended, and external storage use is monitored and controlled. Laptops and workstations are equipped with licensed antivirus software, device encryption, and periodic vulnerability checks. Every team member, including contractors, signs a non-disclosure agreement before accessing any client or project-related data. Employees only have access to data required for their specific roles, minimizing exposure. We conduct periodic security reviews and internal audits to identify and address risks.
