I have practical experience in data labeling and AI training through projects on platforms like Appen, Crowdgen, and similar annotation environments. My work includes labeling text, images, and social content; evaluating model responses; identifying central claims; verifying evidence; and applying detailed task guidelines with accuracy and consistency. I’m comfortable resolving ambiguous cases, following multi-step quality rubrics, and maintaining high performance in fast-paced task queues. Alongside hands-on annotation work, I completed Salesforce’s AgentBlazer course, which strengthened my understanding of how AI models are trained, prompted, and evaluated. This includes intent classification, conversational analysis, reasoning evaluation, classification standards, and ethical AI considerations. Combining both real-world labeling experience and structured AI training, I bring strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality data that directly improves model accuracy and reliability.
