Core Researcher—Medical Imaging Data Annotation & Segmentation for AI
I led the annotation and segmentation of CBCT and micro-CT dental imaging datasets for AI training purposes. This role required voxel-level precision in marking caries lesions, tooth structures, and anatomical features in both 2D and 3D modalities. I utilized advanced medical imaging software to ensure high-quality, clinically relevant labels for AI models. • Manual and automated segmentation of caries and dental anatomies on CBCT and micro-CT scans. • Precise identification and demarcation of anatomical landmarks and pathological findings. • Employed MITK, 3D Slicer, ITK-SNAP, and Materialise Mimics for data annotation and 3D modeling. • Collaborated in AI-driven oral diagnostic system development using annotated datasets.
