AI Operations Specialist
Part of the first batch of specialists tasked with managing AI-user conversations for a designated AI platform. The primary goal was to humanize the AI while ensuring safety for both users and the platform. ● Core responsibilities included data annotation, quality assurance and research - each conversational case required detailed investigation, annotation and review to identify issues and anomalies that contributed to the AI model’s ongoing training and refinement. ● Collaborated closely with the team during the AI’s early development stages to draft and refine guideline frameworks that incorporated human emotions and biases.
