Freelancer Overview

I have recently begun contributing to AI training data projects through Outlier, an AI data company working with leading technology organisations. My initial work has spanned a range of task types, giving me a broad introduction to the data annotation and AI training process. While early in this area, I am actively developing my understanding of how high-quality human feedback is used to train and improve large language models. The skills I bring from my wider career translate well to this field - a strong eye for detail honed through years of technical fault diagnosis, clear written communication developed through customer service and e-commerce management, and a methodical, process-driven approach to tasks.
