Community Case Data Classification & Annotation for NGO Information System
I support the structuring, labeling, and quality review of program and case management data used in a community reporting and feedback system. The project involves organizing unstructured and semi-structured text data from case records, community feedback, and program reports into standardized categories for analysis, reporting, and system training purposes. My responsibilities include: • Classifying case information by program focus (rescue, rehabilitation, reintegration, prevention) • Tagging entities such as location, service type, beneficiary category, and intervention outcome • Reviewing and cleaning datasets to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy • Summarizing narrative reports into structured records • Performing quality control checks to maintain labeling standards • Preparing structured datasets for reporting and system integration The project supports decision-making, reporting, and digital system functionality through reliable and well-organized labeled data.
