I was a contributor and then Team leader for Google, for6.5 years training and QA audit on the in-house platform with a team of 32 contributors. Later on I was a supervisor for a project for IBM, where I had to build up a team of 25 agents to do some scripted customer support to train IBM AI. I regularly did some projects on Apen to train the GPS voice recognition in French and with different local accents for Toyota and Alfa Romeo voice recognition system. And I recently worked with a Belgium company to once again stress test a voice recognition system used instead of call centers to confirm delivery dates and alarm systems
