EEE Initiative aligns strongly with OpenTrain AI as a training delivery, community distribution, and implementation partner. We have the capacity to onboard and train large cohorts across multiple African markets while localizing content for diverse audiences. Our core services include: AI literacy and onboarding programs Prompt engineering and AI tool mastery AI for income generation and entrepreneurship Workforce readiness for AI-enabled roles We use a hybrid, cohort-based model combining live virtual training, community engagement, and hands-on application to ensure real outcomes. We implement the following security measures: Data Protection & Privacy: We collect only essential participant data and ensure it is securely stored using trusted digital platforms with restricted access. Personal information is handled in compliance with applicable data protection standards and used strictly for program delivery and communication. Access Control: Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized team members only. We use password-protected systems and role-based access to prevent unauthorized use. Secure Digital Tools: We utilize reputable and secure platforms for training delivery (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS platforms), ensuring encrypted communication and safe data handling. Responsible AI Usage: In delivering AI training, we emphasize ethical use of AI tools, including data privacy, avoidance of misuse, and adherence to platform guidelines. Internal Policies & Training: Our team is guided by internal protocols on data handling, confidentiality, and digital safety. Staff and facilitators are trained to uphold these standards consistently.
