MTPE Analyst
I worked on a large-scale Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) project for English ↔ Indonesian translation at Flitto. The scope of the project involved improving the accuracy and fluency of machine-generated translations by performing detailed annotation tasks such as labeling errors, categorizing error types, rating overall translation quality, and suggesting corrective edits. The project handled hundreds of thousands of translation segments, requiring consistent evaluation and linguistic accuracy. To ensure quality, I adhered to strict annotation guidelines and followed standardized quality measures, including accuracy scoring, consistency checks, and reviewer cross-validation. This process directly contributed to refining machine translation systems and enhancing the overall user experience.
