As the team lead for a Simplified Chinese AI training project, I was responsible for managing and coordinating the entire team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of high-quality results. I led the team in training AI models for various tasks such as summarization, rewriting, classification, creative content generation, and open book question answering. Additionally, I guided the team in optimizing model performance to improve the accuracy and fluency of generated texts. I managed large-scale Chinese data annotation efforts, ensuring that the data used for training was of high quality, and implemented quality control measures to maintain consistency across tasks.
