AI Chatbot Training and Evaluation
In this project, I was tasked with the responsibility of creating, refining, and evaluating AI-generated responses for a customer service chatbot. The goal was to improve the bot’s understanding and interaction capabilities, ensuring responses were safe, accurate, and contextually appropriate. My role involved designing training prompts, classifying responses into categories based on relevance and safety, and employing multi-axis evaluation metrics to assess performance. The project encompassed thousands of text entries, requiring meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to quality standards to enhance the AI’s conversational accuracy.
