I have mainly trained LLMs with RLHF. Some of the project I have worked on included, rating model responses across various dimensions by providing ranking scores and writing justifications for the preference ranking and with specifications on the logic and reasoning behind decisions. I have also worked on locale specific prompt generation projects that focussed on localising prompt for my region. Other projects were for safety, that required that the models be trained on how to deal with sensitive contents and reduction of harmful responses. Other projects required images to be uploaded and prompts generated for the image, and finally writing responses as though I was a chatbot for comparison with actual model. Other projects required the tone and personality evaluation of model responses. Beyond the above, I am a Commercial Underwriter in Contract Review, Compliance, and Legal Research. Brings 26+ years of professional experience across complex professional workflows, research, and quality-focused execution. Education includes Certificate in Insurance, Insurance Institute of South Africa and Certificate in Regulatory Examination 1, Financial Services Board.
