Facial Pattern Recognition - Data Annotation & Training Lead
In this project, I led a team to develop a machine learning algorithm for facial landmark detection, which involved substantial manual annotation of facial key points on image data. The main task focused on preprocessing over 1,000 facial images and accurately marking key points critical for model training. The labeled data contributed to a solution aimed at disease identification and driver impairment detection using computer vision. • Labeled facial features using key point annotation techniques • Managed image preprocessing and quality control • Utilized Python, Keras, and OpenCV for data handling and annotation • Ensured annotation consistency within a 4-member team
