With a solid grounding in computer science and software engineering, I have honed a niche expertise in data science and AI training data. My role at Ericsson Canada allowed me to engage deeply with AI training data sets, where I developed and maintained automated test suites to ensure the integrity and reliability of AI models. This work demanded a meticulous attention to detail and a nuanced understanding of data quality, which are critical in training robust AI systems. My academic journey, highlighted by a Master’s degree with an impressive GPA, included courses directly relevant to AI and data science, such as Data Science, Advanced Topics in Data Management, Machine Learning, and Big Data Analysis. These courses laid the theoretical foundation for my practical endeavors in the field, allowing me to transition seamlessly into complex projects. At the McMaster Data Science Lab, I designed and implemented an original data repair algorithm, which further polished my skills in cleaning and preparing large, intricate datasets for AI applications. This research experience, coupled with the practical application of machine learning techniques such as the Latent Dirichlet Allocation model, enabled me to explore the intricacies of data as it pertains to AI. Through my work, I have not only contributed to the underlying data that feeds AI systems but also participated in the development of those systems themselves, ensuring they operate on high-quality data.
