Freelancer Overview

While I do not come from a traditional data labeling background, my professional experience as an ABA therapist and my academic training in psychology have equipped me with highly relevant skills for AI training and data analysis. My work has involved systematic observation, precise data collection, and objective behavior coding and tracking, all of which require a high level of attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to defined protocols. I have experience working with structured data sheets, tracking behavioral metrics, and ensuring reliability in measurement, skills that closely align with the requirements of high-quality training data. Also, because of my background in psychological testing and psychometrics, I have a good understanding of things like reliability, validity, and bias, which are really important when it comes to evaluating AI outputs. I’m used to looking at patterns in behavior, picking up on subtle differences in responses, and staying objective when making decisions. I think this transfers well into tasks like evaluating prompts, ranking responses, and data annotation, where being accurate, consistent, and thoughtful really matters.
