Security Overview
Jack maintains a secure, remote-first infrastructure designed to protect all client data and labeling projects. Physical Security: All core systems are hosted on SOC 2-compliant cloud providers (AWS, Supabase) with data centers featuring 24/7 monitoring, access control, and CCTV surveillance. Internal team members access these systems only through encrypted devices and secure VPNs. Cybersecurity: We use multi-factor authentication, firewalls, and intrusion-detection systems across all environments. All data in transit and at rest is encrypted using AES-256 and HTTPS/TLS protocols. Endpoint protection and antivirus software are enforced company-wide, with regular patching and access-control reviews. Confidentiality & Data Handling: Every contributor signs NDAs and completes training on data privacy and secure handling of sensitive information. Task environments are access-restricted, anonymized, and activity-logged. Only authorized personnel can view or modify client data. Audits & Compliance: Jack performs regular internal security reviews and maintains policies aligned with SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA standards. Vendor and infrastructure partners undergo routine compliance checks to ensure continued adherence to enterprise-grade security practices.
