Freelancer Overview

One of my main academic accomplishments has been my participation in the TenStellar Project, within the Aerospace Engineering Group at the University of Costa Rica. I worked on the design and validation of a tensegrity-based fuselage for model rockets, an innovative approach to improve aerodynamics and impact resistance during launches in restricted environments. Our work was accepted and presented at the International Astronautical Congress 2023 in Baku and later at the IAC 2024 in Milan, where we experimentally and digitally analyzed how the structure withstands different rocket motor thrust levels, from category D to G, handling up to 85 N without compromising stability. This project allowed me to develop skills in CAD design, MATLAB coding, simulation, experimental testing, and international teamwork."
