Map Labelling
I worked on a map labeling project focused on identifying buildings and structures to support autonomous vehicle systems used by companies like Tesla, Inc.. My role involved reviewing map data and visual imagery, then accurately tagging and outlining different physical features such as residential and commercial buildings, road structures, parking areas, and other key infrastructure. I ensured that each element was labeled with precision and consistency, following strict annotation guidelines. This required strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and the ability to quickly recognize patterns across different environments. I also performed quality checks to maintain high data accuracy, knowing that the labeled data would be used to train machine learning models for navigation and object recognition. Through this work, I contributed to improving how autonomous systems understand real-world environments, which is essential for safe and efficient vehicle operation. The project falls within the Artificial Intelligence and Geospatial Mapping industries, supporting advancements in autonomous driving technology.
