I participated in the creation and maintenance of internal AI agents used to support operational and product decision-making processes. My responsibilities included collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and user feedback from help center partner journeys. I structured processes and performed analyses to improve the user journey and overall AI system effectiveness. • Created, evaluated, and refined AI dialog flows based on partner feedback • Analyzed support interaction data and generated insights for continual AI agent improvement • Monitored AI performance using key performance indicators to identify and address improvement points • Developed and maintained documentation of AI agent processes and evaluation criteria.
