Building - selling - training. Building: I was involved since mid-2024 with my company producing AI based features to our sales enablement and role-playing sales training products, being the primary negotiator with our AI vendors. Selling: I was tasked with developing an AI charter for our customers to understand my company's guidelines for using AI data - and their input - in our systems. Training: Our models required testing and we conducted extensive testing and training around the prompts that were being generated.
