Freelancer Overview

Although I have not worked in a formal “data labeling” role, I bring extensive, hands-on experience developing, evaluating, and refining AI outputs at scale through my work as a business school professor and AI pedagogy researcher. Over the past two years, I have designed hundreds of structured prompts, built evaluation rubrics for AI-generated content, and iteratively trained AI systems to produce higher-quality, domain-specific outputs in finance, analytics, writing, and decision-making contexts. This work mirrors core data training functions: defining labeling criteria, assessing output quality, identifying edge cases, improving consistency, and documenting patterns of model strengths and failure modes. My work requires precision in applying labeling criteria, maintaining consistency across large output sets, and explaining judgments clearly—skills directly transferable to training data annotation and quality assurance.
