AI Training & Data Labeling for ASL Detection
Developed and implemented deep learning models to classify American Sign Language (ASL) gestures in videos. Created a classification pipeline to enable real-time detection of sign language using CNN and RNN architectures. Labeled and curated custom video datasets for model training and evaluation. • Achieved 90% classification accuracy on test set. • Used Python, OpenCV, and TensorFlow as primary tools. • Focused on human gesture recognition and linguistic interpretation for AI. • Published results in a peer-reviewed journal.
