I’m new to AI data labeling but have a strong background in bilingual (English–Mandarin) communication and text-based work. My past experience in customer support and interpretation has trained me to pay close attention to language, tone, and accuracy which are key skills in labeling and evaluating AI chat data. I’m currently learning data labeling tools such as Label Studio, and I’m most confident working on text classification, translation evaluation, and sentiment analysis tasks.
