AI/ML Engineer for NeuroAssist-AI (early brain disease detection with MRI)
This project involved developing and training a deep learning model for MRI scan classification to detect early brain diseases. I performed data preprocessing, annotated MRI image data, and validated model predictions through manual review. I also built an interactive interface for clinical users and managed storage of annotated data in a database. • Annotated and classified medical MRI scans using deep learning methods. • Integrated RAG and Ollama LLMs to enhance model interpretability and generation. • Used Python, PyTorch, OpenCV, and Streamlit as core development tools. • Implemented data annotation pipeline and validated diagnostic outputs.
