Content Moderator and Data Annotator (Meta Platforms via TaskUs)
In this role, I performed structured data labeling and multi-label classification to support machine learning model training for Meta platforms. My tasks involved reviewing, annotating, and categorizing high volumes of user-generated content using established schemas. I maintained high annotation accuracy and consistency across datasets while contributing to guideline and rubric improvements. • Conducted daily annotation and moderation on over 400 content items, including sensitive and political materials. • Participated in annotation quality control, calibration sessions, and escalation of complex cases. • Utilized internal/proprietary tools, as well as basic knowledge of CVAT and Labelbox, for labeling tasks. • Focused on multi-label classification, sentiment/intent labeling, and content categorization in the Trust & Safety domain.
