AI-Based Resume Screening System (FYP)
I created a resume parser using NLP tools to extract key skills and rank job candidates. This experience included detailed entity recognition to tag relevant information such as skills, education, and job history from unstructured text. My work directly involved data labeling for named entity recognition tasks in a recruitment context. • Built training datasets by manually labeling entities within resume documents • Applied spaCy/NLTK for text preprocessing and annotation • Conducted iterative validation and correction of labeled entity data • Developed guidelines to standardize entity labeling for consistency.
