All contributors are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before participating in any data collection or annotation tasks. We enforce strict access control, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access sensitive datasets. Data is stored securely using encrypted cloud storage solutions, with controlled permissions and activity monitoring. Personally identifiable information (PII) is either anonymized or excluded from datasets unless explicitly required and consented to. We follow GDPR-aligned data handling practices, ensuring transparency, consent, and responsible data usage. Additionally, all data collection processes are conducted with clear participant consent, and contributors are educated on privacy and ethical data handling standards. As we scale, HustleClickGH is actively working toward implementing internationally recognized security frameworks to further strengthen our compliance and data protection standards.
