Data labeling and AI Training
The project focused on supporting retail and e-commercebusiness through structured data labelling to improve digital operations and customer experience. The scope covered annotating product images, classifying customer reviews and categorizing trandsaction records. The project contributed towards: Enhancing product search and recommendatios system; Improving automated checkout and visual recognition tools; Training AI models for customer service chatbots and fraud detection. The labeled data enabled retailers and online platforms to deliver faster, more accurate and more personalized services to customers. The project involved several types of data annotation which included: -Product image labelling and Tagging features. - Text Annotation The project was medium scale and the volume ensured theAI system were trained with diverse and representative data. High accuracy and reliability was maintanined through standard guidelines and double reviews, while achieving consistent results.
