I've been working remotely for over five years, mostly in roles where precision really matters—especially language precision. As a Spanish Medical Interpreter, I got used to catching every detail: not just what people say, but how they say it, the tone behind it, the context that shapes meaning. That kind of work doesn't leave room for shortcuts, and it's taught me to approach information with care and consistency—which I know is crucial for data labeling and RLHF. I'm also comfortable handling sensitive material under pressure, so I've developed a pretty disciplined workflow when it comes to maintaining data quality. I'm relatively new to the AI training field, but I've built a solid foundation. I'm certified in using Microsoft Copilot for secure information, and I work regularly with Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets—so navigating complex data tasks feels natural to me. I'm bilingual (native Spanish, C1 English) and work well independently, which I think is key for remote roles like this. What excites me most is the chance to help AI models become more accurate and culturally aware—especially when it comes to language that actually sounds human.
