Security Overview
Nexwavy maintains a structured approach to data security and privacy across all AI training operations. All team members are onboarded under signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and data confidentiality agreements before accessing any project materials. Access to project data is strictly role-based, team members only interact with data relevant to their assigned tasks. We do not permit unauthorized copying, sharing, or storage of client data outside approved workflows. Our operations align with GDPR principles, including data minimization, purpose limitation, and secure handling of personally identifiable information (PII). Nigeria's National Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) also informs our internal data governance standards. Devices used for annotation work are personally managed and maintained, with access controls enforced at the individual level. We do not use shared or public networks for sensitive project work. All completed project data is returned or deleted upon project completion per client instructions. We maintain clear audit trails for task assignments and quality review processes to ensure accountability at every stage.
