This role involved reviewing graphic content and making judgments based on client policies regarding appropriateness. The main responsibility was to identify and flag photos, videos, and text content that violated client terms of service. Ensuring every piece of violating content was accurately identified and flagged in a timely manner was critical to fulfilling productivity and quality requirements. • Conducted manual content review for graphic images, videos, and text. • Applied client policy to classify content compliance and violations. • Flagged and categorized content into appropriate buckets for automated systems or escalation. • Participated in quality assurance audits and provided training on data labeling practices.
