This experience involved conducting an audit of AI interview data to identify inaccuracies in parsing and behavioral signal recognition. Insights gained from evaluating the AI’s responses directly informed product improvements and UX roadmap adjustments. The work prioritized assessing the reliability and gaps of AI performance in a real-world application context.
