I have extensive experience in biomedical data labeling and annotation, particularly in microscopy, histology, and cellular imaging datasets. As a PhD candidate in Neuroscience, I have annotated high-resolution images of astrocytes and neural tissue, performed 3D morphometric analyses, quantified and normalized cell counts, and ensured data accuracy and reproducibility. My workflow integrates Python, IMARIS, FIJI/ImageJ, and MATLAB, allowing for efficient and precise labeling, as well as preparation of structured datasets suitable for computational analysis and AI model training.
