I've got some experience in AI training data, and my main gig is all about evaluating and improving AI models. I'm good at creating and using detailed scoring rubrics to figure out how well a model is doing and, more importantly, where it's messing up. One of my key skills is prompt engineering—I can cook up some seriously tricky scenarios to push models to their limits and get them to fail in unexpected ways. This lets me help make the models more robust and accurate, ensuring they meet top-notch quality standards. My experience also includes testing out more advanced stuff like SOTA (State-of-the-Art) models and checking how well they handle tool calls. I design specific tests to make sure these features are working correctly, guaranteeing the models can interact smoothly and precisely with external tools. This hands-on approach to finding flaws and proposing fixes is what sets me apart. I'm not just labeling data; I'm digging deep into model behavior to drive real improvements.
