I’ve worked on several platforms related to AI development, like Outlier, where I was evaluating LLM responses, comparing models, and identifying mistakes. And there were many projects that required writing rubrics to guide the model toward a perfect not just good response. There were also some projects where we had to be creative in making the model produce errors, and then correct those errors to help improve the LLM. I’ve also worked on many coding-related projects where we wrote complex prompts to intentionally make the model fail, then crafted the ideal response to that prompt with no mistakes. I’ve also worked on projects that involved evaluating responses across multiple dimensions like truthfulness, instruction following, and more, in order to reach a truly ideal output.
