This project aimed to improve the chatbot's language understanding capabilities and customer satisfaction metrics across English and Spanish-speaking markets. Using tools like Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth and Labelbox, my team and I meticulously labeled and fine-tuned text datasets tailored to specific customer service scenarios.
