As an Associate at Samasource Kenya, I was responsible for processing data work by resolving discrepancies, tagging, and capturing information according to standard processes. My work included maintaining data work requirements through consistent application of data program techniques and meeting set targets and quality standards. Collaboration with the team lead, quality analyst, and subject matter experts ensured accuracy in data labeling deliverables. • Carried out detailed verification and correction of entered data for textual projects. • Ensured the removal of duplicate data and maintained the integrity of labeled datasets. • Utilized internal tools to complete classification and annotation of text data for AI training. • Contributed to maintaining quality threshold metrics across significant labeling volumes.
