Security Overview

Security and Data Protection Overview – Havio Limited Havio Limited implements organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect client data and projects throughout the data annotation lifecycle. Physical security Operations are conducted in controlled office facilities in Douala, Cameroon. Access to workspaces is restricted to authorized personnel only, and workstations are used exclusively for professional activities. The working environment is supervised to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to client data. Cybersecurity policies We use a secured IT infrastructure that includes protected networks, firewalls, antivirus software, and regularly updated systems. Access to platforms and projects is managed through individual user accounts and role-based permissions, in accordance with partner requirements. Employee confidentiality and data handling All annotators and staff members sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) before being granted access to any client project. Our teams receive clear guidelines and training on data confidentiality, privacy, and responsible data handling. Client data is processed strictly within the scope of assigned projects. Internal reviews and compliance controls While Havio Limited does not currently hold formal security certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2, we conduct regular internal checks to ensure compliance with established security procedures and adapt our practices to meet contractual and operational requirements defined by our partners.
