Services Technician Trainee
During my industrial attachment as a Services Technician Trainee, I gained hands-on experience in repairing and replacing mechanical equipment parts. I learned to operate production and utility equipment, perform diagnostic checks, and ensure safety standards were followed. My responsibilities also extended to maintaining boilers, conducting hydraulic tests, and supporting wastewater treatment procedures.
• Assist field technicians with equipment diagnostics and maintenance.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain gears, shafts, and machine bearings.
• Operate and monitor labeling machines, packers, and compressing systems.
• Become familiar with steam distribution and boiler safety protocol.
