I also performed bilingual audio transcription (Hindi-English) and classified content by emotion, intent, and subject matter. Quality guidelines were strict, with daily accuracy benchmarks above 95%. Regular feedback rounds ensured consistency, and I worked with both structured UIs and spreadsheet-based annotation.
