During my internships at IOCL Guwahati Refinery and IIT Guwahati, I worked extensively with large datasets, creating and refining AI models for real-time fire and smoke detection as well as automated waste segregation. My projects involved data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation to improve model accuracy, achieving significant results such as raising classification accuracy from 71% to 95% on a 22,000+ image dataset. I am skilled in Python, Java, and modern frameworks like YOLOv8 and CNNs, and I have a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and database management.
